When it comes to work, I always keep in mind the saying “The secret to success is to keep on learning”. I’ve always sought for a career that would give me countless opportunities to explore new techniques and in-depth learnings that will be valuable for me to apply in the real world.
I also envision a work that will help me pioneer and innovate something that would make lives easier. In this way, I get to engage my mind to think of different ideas on how to approach an objective, a milestone, or even a problem, while making an impact in this world of engineering.
Aside from that, an ideal job/work/career for me will get you to meet new people, share knowledge with colleagues, and will let you experience how to build harmonious relationship with clients.
With today’s technology vastly improving, what more can I say about the future’s technology? Because of this phenomenon, the market for LSI design will continue to grow in demand and will surely play a vital role in molding the technologies that are yet to come. Nowadays, Giant Tech companies want low cost, low power, and smaller scale devices and I cannot imagine that coming into fruition without the help of LSI design.
With technology processes becoming smaller and smaller, the future of LSI design will just get more exciting and might as well very competitive at the same time.
The reason why I have chosen a career path in LSI Design is because it satisfies all of my visions for an ideal work as I mentioned them before. I expect to learn new things in every project, to have the chance to develop an LSI technology that could potentially change the world, and to further improve my interpersonal skills.
In the Philippines, we have the manpower, the tools, and the knowledge to constitute an LSI Design Center, but I believe that Seedea will bolster this knowledge that we have to help Philippines’ LSI Design Industry keep ascending to reach the top level. I chose to be a part of Seedea because I believe Seedea will open the gateway for Philippine’s success in LSI Design.
For the days and years to come, I just want to be a part of a well-respected and stable LSI Design company while I broaden my knowledge and skill up my technical competence in Analog Circuit Design and Layout. Eventually, I see myself take on a higher role, like supervising a team and teaching new hires my acquired knowledge, whether it is in Japan or in the Philippines.
