Basic Philosophy

As a solution service company in LSI design, embedded software, IT systems, and infrastructure products, Seedea Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) regards the protection of personal information, including security information, as a top priority in its business activities.
“Personal information” is an important information asset for the Company and its customers, and we have a serious responsibility to ensure its protection.
Therefore, in order to contribute to the healthy development of an advanced information society by ensuring that all officers and employees comply with legal standards regarding personal information protection and handle entrusted personal information appropriately to earn the trust of customers, employees, and other stakeholders, we have established, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved the personal information protection policy shown below.

Basic Policy

  1. a. When acquiring personal information, we will specify and clearly state the purpose of use within the scope necessary for our business, and will use such information in a lawful and fair manner.
    In addition, personal information obtained shall be used and provided only within the scope of the purposes of use specified in advance. Personal information shall not be handled beyond the scope of the specified purposes of use, and regular checks shall be conducted to ensure that inappropriate handling does not occur, including usage for other purposes.
  2. b. The Company shall always stay at the forefront of and comply with laws, national guidelines, and other norms concerning personal information.
  3. c. We will take necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to correct such damage.
  4. d. The Company will establish a point of contact regarding personal information to respond to complaints and consultations about the disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use or provision of personal information (“disclosure, etc.”).
    Please note that we will confirm that the person making the disclosure, etc. is the person himself/herself.
  5. e. We will establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve our personal information protection management system to maintain an appropriate protection system for personal information.
