You are responsible for product performance evaluations and shipping inspections to ensure you learn a solid technical foundation. Under the careful guidance of senior employees, you will build a foundation as an engineer by honing your skills in operating measuring instruments while gaining a deep understanding of the principles of product operation.

3rd Year

Systems Engineer (3-4th year)

You are responsible for specific functional blocks in product design and verifying in detail the operations as designed by using simulation. You will prepare a report summarizing the results in a clear format to contribute to the improvement of the design process.

Sixth Year

Senior Engineer (5-8th year)

Based on product specifications, you will review the detailed specifications for specific functional blocks and compile precise specifications. As a group leader, you will direct a part of the product development process, take responsibility for its execution from specification design to operation verification, and contribute to achieving the team’s goals.

Eighth Year

Technical Architect (from the 9th year onwards)

As a team leader, you will manage progress in all aspects of product development and provide follow-up and effective support to the team members. Furthermore, you will proactively promote activities to improve design processes and evaluation efficiency, and dedicate yourself to enhancing customer satisfaction and maximizing corporate value.

What is your current job?

I work as a playing manager in customer’s product development projects. I oversee the progress and provide support to the team members, while at the same time, undertaking design work and contributing to the success of a project in multiple ways.

What are some of the most rewarding moments of your job?

I feel a great sense of accomplishment the moment a product I have designed goes out into the world and becomes useful to people. It is also rewarding when an unexpected problem arises, and I am able to contribute to the project by quickly identifying the cause and taking appropriate countermeasures by utilizing the experience I have developed.

What challenge would you like to take on in the future?

As an engineer, I would like to build on my experience, hone my expertise, expand my skills, and establish myself as a specialist. I would also like to expand my potential by taking on new challenges in new fields as opportunities arise.

You will be a bridge between the company and customers, building a relationships of trust, while accurately understanding their needs and making proposals. Your role will be to create new value by utilizing marketing perspectives.

While learning the basics of sales activities through following up with existing customers and developing new customers, you will gain experience in business negotiations through practical work. Additionally, while working alongside senior managers to learn the sales process and how to communicate with customers, you will also conduct market research and understand the needs of the area you cover, thereby building a solid foundation for your sales activities.

3rd Year

Sales Sub-Leader

While looking after your clients, you will negotiate contracts, make proposals, and enhance your sales skills through strategic efforts to achieve sales goals. Additionally, while establishing relationships of trust with customers, you will take on the challenge of developing new markets, expanding the size of contracts, and enhancing your ability to respond to diverse needs.

Sixth Year

Sales Leader

You are responsible for managing the team and driving members to achieve departmental goals. You will also focus on mentoring and training young sales staff to support their individual development and improve the performance of the team as a whole. Furthermore, you will create results through strategic sales activities and fulfil your role as a leader.

Eighth Year

Sales Manager

You are responsible for developing strategies for the entire sales department and implementing specific measures to improve its business performance. You will maximize the benefit to both our clients and the company by contributing to the achievement of the company’s goals, while gaining a deep understanding of the clients’ needs. Additionally, you will maximize the potential of team members and drive up the efficiency and results of sales activities as a coordinator in the department.

What do you keep in mind as a salesperson?

To understand our customers’ needs well. I always strive to provide not just our services but truly useful proposals.

Are there any episodes that have left a lasting impression on you?

It was an unforgettable moment for me as a salesperson when a customer said, “I am glad I asked Mr. S. to help me.” I worked with my client to examine their issues and concerns together and proposed the best solution. I was most pleased when the client recognized my commitment during the process to spending time to carefully listen to them and seeking the best way forward while respecting their wishes.

What are your future goals?

My future goal is to maximize the strength of our team for the success of the company as a whole. To achieve this, I will take on new challenges and adopt new strategies to help the organization fulfil its goals. I will also make contributions in all directions, working together to achieve further success for our customers, employees, and the company.
