Application and Selection
QWhat is the selection process from application to job offer?
The following procedures are followed. (1) Application (2) Document screening (3) Interview (up to two interviews, including a simple aptitude test) (4) Hiring It takes about 1 to 2 weeks from the application to the result of document screening.
QWhat knowledge and experience do you need for your application?
Depending on the position offered, one year of work experience is preferred. Of course, there are also positions that require no experience. Knowledge and skills can be acquired after joining the company. We look forward to working with motivated and ambitious individuals.
QWhat industries do most people come from?
Many have experience in a variety of industries, including systems companies. Many of our employees have little experience or have made career changes from other industries.
QCan I apply for a position I have no experience in?
No experience is required to apply for certain positions. Please contact us if you are interested in changing your skills. Some employees who are involved in new development have no experience and improve their skills after being hired.
QCan I apply for more than one position?
Yes. If your experience is diverse, we will determine which positions to consider based on application screening and interviews.

Regular meetings are held and training and workshops are offered to enhance technical and human skills. We also deepen exchanges through drinking parties and other events.
QAre projects team-based? Are some projects handled individually?
Although most of our work is team-based and is coordinated with others regardless of where you are working, some work may be done alone, depending on the nature and stage of the project.
QCan I choose which projects I will work on?
This will be determined through consultations based on aptitude and circumstances.
