At Seedea, we offer hands-on internship programs designed to develop future engineers. Even those with no prior experience can participate with confidence thanks to our strong support system. Through interaction with engineers working in the field, you can experience real-world engineering work and become familiar with practical technologies. Eligibility for Participation
Students majoring in science or engineering fields, students graduating from junior college, vocational school, technical college, university, or graduate school in March 2025 or later, recent graduates (within three years of graduation)

Orientation
Learn about Seedea’s business, corporate culture, and the internship flow and objectives. A casual self-introduction session with employees helps everyone relax.

Lunch Time
Enjoy informal conversation with employees and other participants. Feel free to ask about the IT industry or your career path. If you prefer, you may also take a quiet break on your own.

Development Experience
Try simple FPGA design using actual hardware (approximately 3 hours). You will experience the overall workflow and operation of LSI development.

Company Information Session
In our company information sessions, we introduce Seedea’s business fields, work environment, and systems that support employee growth. We also explain our training programs and the initiatives of our programming school “Sakurabo”, giving you a well-rounded understanding of what makes Seedea appealing. A Q&A session is also included so we can directly address any questions or concerns you may have. If you are unsure which role suits you or want to build a career that fits you, we encourage you to participate.

Screening Session: Interview and aptitude test
After the session, participants who wish to proceed may move on to the selection process. We also provide detailed guidance on internships and the next steps following the session, helping you make a smooth start as a future member of our team.
