Q.1 Tell us about the work you are in charge of.
Designing next-generation vehicles while working with leading-edge technology
I am currently assigned to an automobile manufacturer, where I design new vehicle models. I start each day by checking my schedule and then focusing on drafting work. When I arrive at the office, I set a clear objective, how much progress I can make that day, and picture the steps and time needed to achieve it before beginning. It may seem minor, but when everything proceeds as planned, it is very rewarding. And when a design is completed and I can confirm that it functions exactly as I intended, I feel an even stronger sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. What I value most in my work is steadily doing what I can, right in front of me. Many stages are involved before a single design is finished, and the process is not always smooth. Especially when I run into difficulties, I remind myself of the importance of moving forward one step at a time.
Q.2 What made you decide to join the company?
I felt "valued" even before joining.
I came across Seedea while browsing job-search websites. I was drawn to the way the company continues to expand its business across a wide range of industries, so I applied for an interview. During the process, I learned about the role I would take on, work that would let me use my strengths while also challenging myself in new ways. When I mentioned my concerns due to limited experience, they arranged a meeting with a senior employee before I joined. Being able to hear in detail about the job and the workplace atmosphere reassured me, and that ultimately convinced me to join. The recruiter also kept in close contact and supported me throughout the process, which made me feel genuinely valued. Seedea’s people-oriented approach is something I have continued to feel even after joining. Although I am now assigned to a project on site, staff from HR, General Affairs, and Sales still check in with me, allowing me to focus on my work with the confidence that I am supported by the organization. The communication is never excessive, just the right amount, making it a comfortable working environment. There are also overseas engineers at the site, so I do my best to communicate in English during meetings, even though it is not my strong point (laughs).

Q.3 What are your future goals?
Becoming an engineer that others can rely on
At present, I am focused on handling the responsibilities within my own scope, but I hope to eventually understand the entire design process and take on roles such as coordinating with engineers from other departments. Just as senior colleagues supported me when I first joined, I want to become someone who can mentor new members and help them grow into independent professionals. I am also working to deepen my knowledge beyond my assigned projects so that I can be someone others naturally come to for advice. Looking ahead, I want to actively learn areas I have not yet experienced, such as information systems, and take on work that aligns with global technology trends. As the industry becomes increasingly international, I also plan to improve my language skills over the next three years.
